This particular lamp would be ordered as follows:

Primary color is bronze.
Secondary color is antique teal (blended with pipestone and bronze stripes).
Dot color is gold (dots are available in gold, copper or silver color).
Narrow accent stripe colors are pipestone and antique teal.
All colors are applied over a black lamp body.
